In his role Chris, focuses on helping client’s drive performance through talent. From strategy through implementation, he works with clients to help them forecast their talent needs, engage employees, mobilize their workforce, reward performance, assess talent and develop skills. He is a seasoned executive remuneration consultant with considerable experience in the wider workforce rewards and talent management arena.
With over 17 years of HR consulting, he works with a wide range of organizations listed and private/family owned, international and local. In addition, he also works with government and quasi government entities throughout the GCC. His role in executive remuneration means that he most often works with the key senior level stakeholders within organizations.
Prior to joining Mercer, Chris had a number of leadership roles in the People Services offering at KPMG in the UK. Earlier in his career, he held various rewards-focused roles at several organizations including Deloitte, Jones Day, and Linklaters. Chris holds a Bachelor Degree in Law from Oxford Brookes University in the UK and is a qualified solicitor in the UK and Wales since 1998.
