In a multi-phased project, Mercer helped the client expand network of coverage by over 300%, improve quality of care, broaden covered population, and decrease healthcare costs by 30%.
  • Developed the strategy, operating model, organization structure and budget for the establishment of a Human Capital Centre of a major national transformation project in the Middle East.
  • Led the technical and analytical role of a strategic workforce planning project of a major Middle Eastern airline (20,000+ employees)  


  • Jihad graduated from the Concordia University in Montreal in Canada with a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Mathematics 
  • He is an Associate the Society of Actuaries. He is also currently pursuing an MBA degree with IE Business School in Spain
