Julia is the Marketing Leader for the IMETA region. In her role she is leading Mercer’s marketing strategy and driving revenue growth by expanding the digital footprint and leveraging the Mercer’s brand and capabilities to help clients to succeed.
Julia brings 15 years of experience in brand strategy and communications, across traditional, digital and partnership channels in organizations across Europe and the Middle East. Prior to joining Mercer, Julia worked 10 years for IBM in various marketing roles across IBM’s hardware and software portfolio in regions such as MEA, CEE and Austria.
Julia holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from the Danube University Krems and a master’s degree in Journalism and Communication from the University of Vienna
